The park offers services for guests with disabilities, including the Disability Access Service (DAS). Wheelchair and ECV rentals are available. A reservation is required in addition to a valid ticket.
Extensive dining options ranging from quick-service to fine dining (Blue Bayou). Baby care centers, first aid, lockers, and stroller rentals are available throughout the park.
