San Jose Diridon Station is the central passenger rail depot for San Jose and Silicon Valley. It serves as a major intermodal hub for Amtrak, Caltrain, ACE, and VTA light rail and buses.
Built in 1935 in the Italian Renaissance Revival style, the historic station is a landmark in downtown San Jose. It is planned to be a future stop for California High-Speed Rail and the BART Silicon Valley extension.
