The Pavilion Heliport was a landing facility associated with the Virginia Beach Pavilion Convention Center. While the original convention center has been replaced, the heliport designation refers to the landing area used for VIP transport and emergency services in the resort area.
Located near the oceanfront, it provided convenient aerial access to the convention center and nearby hotels. The area is now part of the Virginia Beach Convention Center complex.
