St. Joseph Cathedral is the mother church of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Columbus. Completed in 1878, the cathedral is a stunning example of Gothic Revival architecture, characterized by its ashlar stone exterior, pointed arches, and stained glass windows, although its planned spires were never fully completed.
