The Alvarado Transportation Center is the primary public transportation hub in downtown Albuquerque. It serves as a central station for the NM Rail Runner Express commuter train, Amtrak's Southwest Chief, and ABQ RIDE city buses. The center is designed with Mission Revival architecture, paying homage to the historic Alvarado Hotel.
