The Elleven Helipad is atop the Elleven residential tower at 1111 South Grand Avenue in Downtown Los Angeles. As the first green residential high-rise in the area, it includes a rooftop emergency landing facility.
The helipad serves a safety function and does not offer commercial aviation services.
It consists of a marked landing area on the roof, designed to meet fire safety codes for high-rise buildings.
Usage is strictly for emergencies. It is not open for public or private non-emergency landings.
