The Jacksonville-Baldwin Rail Trail is a 14.5-mile linear park that follows a former CSX railway line west of downtown Jacksonville. This unique recreational corridor features a 12-foot wide paved path for hikers, cyclists, and skaters, running parallel to an unpaved equestrian trail. The trail traverses a rural landscape of hardwood uplands, wetlands, and pine flatwoods, offering a peaceful escape from the city.
Visitors can access the trail from several points, including the Imeson Road trailhead and the Camp Milton Historic Preserve.
