The Sun Bowl Stadium is an outdoor football stadium located on the campus of the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). Opened in 1963, it is best known for hosting the annual Sun Bowl, one of the oldest college football bowl games in the country.
Carved into the side of a mountain, the stadium offers unique views of the surrounding landscape. It serves as the home field for the UTEP Miners football team and has hosted concerts and other large-scale events.
