The Indiana State Capitol, also known as the Statehouse, is a stunning Renaissance Revival building that has served as the seat of state government since 1888. It houses the executive, legislative, and judicial branches of Indiana under one roof.
The building is crowned by a copper-covered dome and features a magnificent rotunda with stained glass and marble columns. It is a working government building as well as a historic site open for public tours.
